Key Responsibilities: As a Pharmacy Assistant, your role will be pivotal in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude, ensuring they find what they need.
- Provide product knowledge and expert advice to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
- Handle sales at the registers, including Pulse Rewards queries and processing transactions efficiently.
- Maintain store presentation to the highest standards, ensuring the store is tidy, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Ensure smooth customer flow at the registers by acknowledging waiting customers and calling for assistance when needed.
- Promote and maintain our customer loyalty program to enhance customer retention.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally, referring to the manager as necessary.
What We’re Looking For: We’re searching for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proactive with a positive attitude, ready to jump in and help wherever needed.
- Strong in building relationships, both with customers and team members.

Roster:
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 4.00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4.00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
