The Opportunity
We are seeking a Site Manager to work onsite at one of our client's locations, Ballarat. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- People welfare, including onboarding, probationary checks and discussions, issuing warning and termination letters, and employee retention
- Payroll reconciliations regarding timesheet management
- PLS (Pacific Labour Scheme) worker mobilisation
- Transporting employees to clinics, in the case of an incident
- Reports for VEVO checks
- Management of clients and employees
- Attendance management
What You Will Need
To be successful in this role you will have a drive to deliver and be a highly organised individual. You will be passionate about helping others succeed and be committed to this role. You will also:
- Have experience managing people and teams
- Administration/HR/payroll experience is highly desirable
- Have a Drivers licence and vehicle
- Be willing to obtain a Police Check
- Be vaccinated against COVID-19
- Be willing and able to be vaccinated against QFever
