We're seeking an experienced and qualified Landscape Construction Foreman / Site Supervisor who can confidently manage residential landscape construction projects from start to finish. We're looking for a hands‑on leader who takes ownership of projects, communicates effectively and can confidently manage daily site operations without constant supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Manage residential landscape construction projects from start to finish
- Read plans, set out works and coordinate trades and materials
- Lead, train and manage a small team, including apprentices
- Manage daily site operations
About you
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in landscape construction, ideally with previous supervisory experience
- Strong experience in retaining walls, concreting, paving, tiling, drainage and general hardscaping
- Proven ability to lead, train and manage a small team, including apprentices
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, maintain productivity and deliver high-quality finishes
- Current driver's licence and White Card
