Marketing and Brand Officer: Create, Shape & Deliver (Remote, full or part time)
We’re Australia’s largest independent stock and station agency network, and the home of the country’s independent livestock, wool and rural property agents. With 80+ Agency Members, 13 Network Partners and more than 125 locations nationwide, we enable independents with the strength of a national network, built over decades. Training, insurance, auctions, marketing and business support are all part of how we connect and empower independent agents for success, while lifting the professionalism of agency practice across the industry.
We’re a small team with a big footprint, and we’re looking for a creative, organised marketer to help shape how we show up every day.
The role
Working alongside our Member Experience Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and delivering our marketing, brand and digital content. You won’t just post what you’re given. You’ll come up with the ideas, build the content and make it happen. You’ll:
Create and develop content. Come up with ideas and produce engaging social, email and campaign content that our members and the wider industry want to see.
Run our social channels. Shape the content, the approach and the posting rhythm, keep our presence active and engaging, and track what works.
Keep the brand sharp. Make sure every newsletter, ad, template and post looks, sounds and feels like RMA.
Look after member requests. Turn around a steady stream of member requests for advertising and merchandise quickly and to a high standard.
Deliver to plan. Bring campaigns and communications to life on time, in line with our marketing calendar and priorities.
Keep improving. Bring insights and fresh ideas to lift reach, engagement and the way we work.
There’s occasional travel for events and member activities.
You don’t need a decade in marketing. You do need to:
have real experience in marketing, communications, social media or digital
have experience in livestock, agriculture or rural property at some level, whether through work, family or community
love creating content, and know what makes it land on social media
enjoy working with people and talk with members throughout the day
be highly organised and structured, juggling planned work with requests that land with little notice
write with confidence and have a sharp eye for detail
take ownership of your work while working remotely in a small team
Canva, Adobe or Microsoft Office skills are a plus.
This is a full-time, fully remote role, but we’re open to part time for the right person.
Work type: Full time (part time considered)
Location: Remote, Australia-wide
