Conveyor Belt Technician / Splicer / Rubber Liner
RubberLine, an industry-leading company specializing in conveyor installation and servicing, is expanding! We are seeking multiple full-time team members for the following roles: Conveyor Belt Technicians, Belt Splicers, Rubber Liners, and Trades Assistants.

Key Criteria:
- Proven experience in the trade
- Solid knowledge of conveyor systems and products
- Ability to identify, repair, and replace damaged conveyor belts and rubber components
- Skilled with industry-specific tools
- Proficiency with glues and adhesives
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Years of conveyor belt/ rubber lining experience for technician roles is open to discussion based on individual circumstances

- Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed
- Commitment to building a long-term career
- Strong focus on safety and quality
- Valid driver's license
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Responsibilities:
- Install new conveyor belts
- Perform hot and cold splicing and repairs
- Diagnose and repair common conveyor belt issues
- Conduct basic rigging
- Replace and maintain conveyor components such as rollers, skirts, and scrapers
- Perform conveyor system inspections and audits
- Manufacture specialized components onsite and in the workshop
- Apply rubber lining
What You Bring:
- Strong work ethic
- Current driver's license
- Ability to work safely in industrial settings
- Certifications in Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, and EWP (Elevated Work Platforms) - Highly recommended
- Australian working rights are required for this position
