The Role
We are seeking an experienced First Aid Trainer to deliver accredited first aid training to a government client in the Western Port Bay region.
This role focuses on professional delivery, learner engagement, and the maintenance of high training standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver HLTAID011 Provide First Aid, HLTAID010 Provide Basic Emergency Life Support, and HLTAID009 Provide CPR
- Facilitate practical, engaging training sessions
- Conduct assessments in line with training package requirements
- Ensure compliance with RTO standards
- Maintain a professional standard in a government training environment
Essential Requirements
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
- HLTAID010 Provide Basic Emergency Life Support
- HLTAID009 Provide CPR
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent minimum requirement)
- Experience delivering training within the VET sector
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong verbal communication and ability to engage learners
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented
- Highly Regarded
- ADF veteran or experience working within government or Defence environments
- Experience delivering training to structured or disciplined organisations
