About The Role

Do you get a thrill from turning a blank page into a polished, persuasive proposal? Can you take dense technical content and transform it into a compelling visual story? Key Responsibilities

  • Design and format high-quality tender responses, proposals and capability statements to a consistently professional standard, working to tight bid deadlines.
  • Creation of infographics, process diagrams, org charts and data visualisations that bring bid content to life and improve reviewer comprehension.
  • Maintain and evolve the bids team’s template library, brand assets and PowerPoint/Word style guides.
  • Production of pitch decks, credentials documents, case studies and executive presentations for print and online distribution.
  • Train and mentor members of the Clients and Growth team in bid design best practice and template use.
