Who we’re looking for:

• Accountants & Senior Accountants – Build technical expertise, work closely with clients, and gain exposure to a range of industries.
• Assistant Managers & Managers – Lead client engagements, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development.
• Senior Managers – Drive strategic outcomes, lead high‑performing teams, and shape the future of our Albany office.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns.
• Manage client relationships and deliver commercial insights.
• Lead and mentor team members.
• Identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, learning and excellence.

About you:

• A degree in Accounting, Business or Commerce.
• CA/CPA qualification (or working towards it).
• Experience in a professional services environment.
• A proactive, client‑focused mindset.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• A desire to grow, personally and professionally.
