You'll help them get their service-related conditions recognised and access compensation, medical and rehabilitation support.

What you'll do:

  • Track the progress of claims and appeals, and keep clients informed
  • Keep accurate case notes and client records in our CRM
  • Visit veterans at home and in hospital to support their claims
  • Work with DVA, health providers, RSL Sub Branches and other ex-service organisations

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in claims, insurance, workers' compensation, rehabilitation or case management
  • Confidence interpreting legislation and policy, with strong attention to detail
