Position: Casual - Ideally flexible during the week and weekends
Pay Rate: $29.98 per hour + 25% casual loading + 12% Super + Not-for-profit tax benefits - salary packaging of up to $15,900 per year.

About the role:

- Work closely with the catering team to provide high-quality catering services for residents and their visitors
- Comply with Food Safety Standards
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional work environment; dishwashing and cleaning the kitchen, equipment and dining areas
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset when interacting with residents, their families and visitors
- Serve residents meals and snacks ensuring that the correct meals are served to residents with special dietary needs
- Build strong and productive relationships with your team to deliver a positive dining experience

About You:
We are excited to hear from you about this role! We are looking out for:
- Previous barista or cafe experience is preferred
- Your demonstrated compassion and empathy.
- Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Your teamwork.
- Your ability to work efficiently and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Qualifications in catering and hospitality or related work experience are beneficial but not essential.
