RSL LifeCare is seeking a Recreation and Engagement Assistant to plan, deliver and evaluate personalised leisure and lifestyle programs for residents across our aged care homes. You will work with the Recreation and Engagement Coordinator to support resident choice, independence and fulfilment through meaningful engagement.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with residents, families and the broader care team to create inclusive experiences and measure impact on wellbeing.
