What You'll Do
- Lead electrical engineering delivery across complex projects, providing technical direction from concept through to delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight across electrical engineering solutions, ensuring outcomes are safe, compliant, practical and fit for purpose.
- Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality engineering designs and technical documentation.

About you
As an electrical or M&E specialist leader, your background may be in building services, or you may have developed your experience across major infrastructure sectors within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting, engineering, or design environment.
Experience in either setting will be highly regarded.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience leading electrical engineering outcomes across complex, multidisciplinary projects.
- Strong technical capability across electrical engineering and building or infrastructure systems, with experience delivering integrated design solutions.
- Sound knowledge of relevant Australian Standards, codes and regulatory requirements.
- Experience overseeing engineering design, calculations, technical documentation and deliverables.
- Proficiency with relevant engineering and design software.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, with the ability to mentor engineers and influence project outcomes.
- Chartered status with Engineers Australia, or progress towards Chartership, will be highly regarded.
