About the Role
In this position, you will play a key role in supporting both the Sales and Marketing functions of the business. Your day will include:
- Preparing quotes, proposals and sales documentation
- Managing customer enquiries and providing timely updates
- Maintaining CRM data and assisting with sales reporting
- Coordinating marketing materials, social media updates and promotional content
- Supporting the sales team with scheduling, tender submissions and presentations
- Assisting with general administration to keep operations running smoothly
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience in a sales support, admin or marketing admin role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Experience using CRM systems and MS Office Suite
