Working closely with our sales and warehouse teams, you'll manage online sales enquiries, process customer orders, and support warehouse operations. This is a hands‑on, varied role that combines customer service with practical warehouse duties, offering the opportunity to develop into a broader sales role over time.
Key responsibilities
- Looking after online sales enquiries and processing customer orders
- Providing friendly, helpful service and keeping customers updated on their orders
- Learning our products and sales processes, with a view to taking on more sales responsibilities
- Helping in the warehouse including picking and packing orders
- Keeping work areas clean, organised and tidy
- Assisting with general day-to-day tasks as needed
About you
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
- Enjoys helping customers and is interested in developing a career in sales
- Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Has good attention to detail and takes pride in getting orders right
- Is reliable, organised and happy to pitch in
- Is comfortable with hands‑on warehouse work
- Previous customer service, online sales or warehouse experience would be welcome, but a willingness to learn and contribute is just as important
