About the Role
The Back of House (BOH) Manager oversees operational support across RSYS, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety and readiness across accommodation, apartments, grounds, car park and BOH areas.
The role leads housekeeping, cleaning and BOH teams, supporting hospitality operations and events through effective management of room set‑ups, linen, waste, chemicals and BOH infrastructure.
A hands‑on leader, the BOH Manager conducts daily checks to maintain presentation standards, address maintenance or safety issues, and works alongside the team to deliver operations. The role also acts as Person of Responsibility when required.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in hospitality operations, preferably within a premium venue or private club environment.
- Leadership experience managing operational, housekeeping or facilities teams.
- Strong organisational and operational management capability.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple operational priorities.
- Professional presentation and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve and make operational decisions.
- Commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to work in a hands‑on operational role and actively support the team in delivering daily operational tasks.
