Your Role
Reporting to the Clubhouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the usage of the car park by members, guests, contractors and staff.
This is a 6-month maximum term casual contract requiring availability to work shifts between Tuesdays-Sundays, 7:00am starts to 11:00am finishes.
The key tasks include
- Delivering the highest standard of service to members and guests, offering aid as required.
- Recording and reporting data on car park usage.
- Maintaining the rules and standards of the Club in a respectful manner.
- Taking appropriate action with who is required to park at different times as per the directive of Management.
What does the Club need from me?
- A member-focused outlook and a passion for service delivery.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Experience desirable but not essential in working in a car park.
- Ability to remain calm.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
