Breakthru is seeking a Community Employment Support Worker in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, on a casual/temporary basis. You will assist participants with gaining employment, coach individuals, and help with daily living tasks and transportation, within a supportive, inclusive team.
You’ll develop relationships, build confidence, and connect clients to real-world work opportunities, while gaining experience in advocacy, networking, and program delivery through a values-driven organisation.
