The Opportunity
Elizabeth Gardens Residential Aged Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our residential aged care team on a part-time basis.
As a PCA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.
Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each resident's individual needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support to residents.
- Assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily living activities.
- Complete accurate care documentation and reporting.
- Monitor and report changes in resident wellbeing.
- Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and safety requirements.
- Work collaboratively with residents, families, and the care team.
- Participate in mandatory training and continuous improvement initiatives.
- What You’ll Bring
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
- Experience in aged care or health services (preferred).
- A compassionate, patient, residentfocused approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of personcentred care and dignity of risk.
- Availability for afternoon and morning shifts.
