Position Information: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Hotel Services Supervisor who is passionate about delivering the best service to our residents to join our team at RFBI Kurri Kurri Masonic Village on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of the hotel services department, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality cleaning and laundry service to our residents. This position ensures that all relevant legislative requirements pertaining to hotel service delivery are complied with at all times, and raises staff awareness and response to those requirements.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Experience in implementing Infection Control measures
- Excellent planning, organisational and management skills
- Experience and sound knowledge of the aged care industry
- Ability to implement Continuous Quality Improvement processes
- Excellent Communication/Computer Skills
