Royal Flying Doctor Service in Dubbo is seeking a Senior Base Engineer to lead the engineering team at the Dubbo base, ensuring aircraft are maintained to the highest airworthiness and safety standards. You will mentor engineers and coordinate maintenance priorities, working closely with Flight Operations and other stakeholders.
You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive continuous improvement, and travel to RFDS bases as required to provide leadership and engineering support.
