The role combines therapeutic intervention, care coordination and case management, tailoring support to each individual's goals and recovery journey in accordance with MHNIP guidelines and contemporary best practice.
Based in Broken Hill, you will become part of a passionate and supportive team of clinicians, peer workers, community engagement and health promotion professionals, and administrative staff who are dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of people across Western NSW.
