Paeds Plus is looking for general and developmental paediatricians to join its established Currambine practice and help shape a new multidisciplinary hub in Claremont, planned to open in July 2027. You'll work alongside 7 paediatricians, GPs, psychiatry and allied health (OT, speech pathology and dietetics), with a practice team handling the business and admin side so you can focus on clinical care.
The work covers general paediatrics, developmental concerns, ADHD and autism, and your clinical mix is negotiable. Full-time, part-time, employed and contractor options are available, and the role suits doctors combining private practice with hospital work, teaching, research or family commitments.
Competitive remuneration and support for your ongoing development. Choose an employed package offering 15% above the WA Health AMA Agreement consultant rate (approximately $394,800 to $512,484 FTE plus super), or work as a contractor and earn around $510 to $650 per billable clinical hour after practice fees. You'll also benefit from monthly structured CPD sessions and professional development leave for employed clinicians.
- FRACP in Paediatrics and appropriate Medical Board of Australia/Ahpra registration, or an overseas specialist qualification with eligibility for an applicable Australian specialist registration pathway.
- A collaborative, family-centred approach to care.
- An interest in general or developmental paediatrics and in working with other disciplines.
Appointment is subject to registration, credentialling and work rights.
