RANZCOG in Melbourne is seeking an experienced People and Wellbeing Coordinator for a 12-month parental leave position.
This full-time role combines HR administration, operational support and employee services to deliver a positive staff experience.
You will manage recruitment, onboarding, OH&S and policies, coordinate staff training and communications, and work closely with the People and Wellbeing team to ensure smooth HR services across Australia and NZ.
