Rowville Pharmacy is a local community pharmacy located in the Wellington Village Shopping Centre. We have a strong focus on personal customer care and aim to achieve the best health outcomes for our patients and customers.
About the role:
This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused Pharmacist to join our community pharmacy team. The role will suit a flexible, driven, self-sufficient Pharmacist who enjoys a variety of responsibilities. For this role you will be involved in the following:
- Counselling of medications in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
- Counselling of OTC items and assisting team members with customer queries.
- Management of our community DAA's.
- General dispensary maintenance.
- Promotion of the current 8 CPA programs and Pharma Programs.
About the hours:
For the right person we are flexible on how many days and/or hours you choose. We have varied positions available between:
- Tuesday | 3 pm - 8 pm
- Thursday | 3 pm - 8 pm
- Friday | 3 pm - 8 pm
Skills and experience:
To be considered for this role you must possess the following qualities:
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Can work well alongside other pharmacists as well as independently.
- Have an elevated level of attention to detail.
- Be passionate about customers and understanding their needs.
- Vaccination qualification is highly desired.
- Experience with delivering professional services within the 8 CPA framework including the provision of Medchecks.
- Experience with Dose Administration Aids (DAAs).
- Familiarity with FRED+ Dispense.
