Key responsibilities
Listen to customers, understand how they live, and follow up after delivery
Work with OTs and the workshop so every chair fits perfectly, and if one doesn't, get it sorted fast
Stay in touch: know who their OT is and when their next chair is due
Be the person OTs call when they've got a client who deserves better
Run trials and demo chairs so trying a Rove is easy and low-risk
Show up at training sessions, uni classes and OT events the team organises
Visit Victorian retailers regularly, and interstate ones when needed
Help onboard retailers and train their teams
Turn quote requests around fast and build complete quotes
Chase approvals with OTs, retailers and customers so nothing stalls
About you
You wake up thinking about the next deal
You'd rather knock on ten doors than wait for one email
You pick up the phone, follow up, then follow up again (nicely)
A stalled quote annoys you more than a lost one, so nothing stalls on your watch
You make it happen without script, territory map, or marketing department
You read 'uncapped commission' as a challenge, not a perk
Ideally experience in sales or account management
A people-first way of selling: you'd rather lose a sale than sell the wrong chair
Speed and organisation across quotes, numbers, follow-ups and the CRM
A driver's licence, and you don't mind a road trip or a flight
About us
At Rove, we build bespoke, ultra-light titanium and carbon fibre wheelchairs from our Melbourne workshop. Each one is a serious mobility solution and an expression of personality, engineered to the millimetre. We're driven, we're growing, and we want every customer to say "I love my Rove." We engineer character into every frame and craft pride into every joint. We exist to improve the lives of people through exceptional design and engineering.
