The Role
Depending on the opportunity, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day site delivery of commercial construction projects or major project packages valued at $20M+. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
- Monitoring construction programs, milestones and daily site activities.
- Maintaining strong safety, quality assurance and site compliance practices.
- Working closely with Project Managers and construction leadership teams.
- Identifying potential issues and implementing practical solutions to maintain progress.
- Managing site resources, sequencing and coordination across multiple trades.
- Maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders throughout delivery.
