The Opportunity
ROUSSOS is partnering with an emerging South Australian commercial builder specialising in high-end commercial, multi-storey residential, industrial and mixed-use developments. Built on strong relationships, collaboration, and quality delivery, they continue to establish themselves in the Adelaide construction market. With a growing pipeline of work and ambitious long-term plans, the business is now seeking a Construction Manager to join the leadership team. This is an opportunity to step into a highly influential role where you will work closely with the Directors to support operational growth, strengthen project delivery systems, and help shape the future direction of the business.
The Role
- Overseeing operational performance across multiple commercial construction projects
- Supporting and mentoring Project Managers, Site Managers and delivery teams
- Driving programme, budget and quality outcomes across active projects
- Assisting in business planning, forecasting and operational strategy
- Implementing and improving systems, processes and delivery structures
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Supporting business growth and helping strengthen the company’s presence in the Adelaide market
