Warehouse & Equipment Inspector – Lifting & Height Safety
Ross Lifting is hiring a Warehouse & Equipment Inspector for a permanent full-time role in Molendinar on the Gold Coast. The salary is $75,000–$95,000 per year plus superannuation, depending on experience. An immediate start is available.
You’ll spend roughly half your time on the computer, entering equipment details and inspection results. The other half is hands‑on, working in the warehouse and inspecting lifting and height safety equipment at customer sites.
What you’ll do
Pick and pack customer orders and load and unload deliveries.
Assemble chain slings and inspect lifting and height safety equipment.
Record equipment serial numbers and inspection results accurately.
Visit customer sites between Brisbane and Lismore using a company vehicle. Most visits are day trips.
What you’ll bring
You’ll need a current driver’s licence (an automatic licence is fine), basic computer skills and good practical skills. You should be comfortable handling equipment safely and checking that the details you enter match the gear in front of you.
Experience in lifting, rigging or height safety is preferred, and a forklift licence is an advantage. If you’re new to inspections, we’ll train you.
Hours and uniform
You’ll work Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm, with possible overtime. We supply your uniforms.
