SENIOR RECEPTIONIST - TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE CLINIC
2 - 3 Days Per Week | Part-Time/Casual

Are you an experienced Senior Receptionist whizz who loves working with people, thrives in a busy clinic environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service?
We would love to hear from you! Rosanna Traditional Chinese Medicine is a well-established, welcoming and professional clinic with over 30 years of experience caring for our community.
We are looking for a warm, organised, proactive, experienced and capable Clinic Manager to join our friendly team for 2-3 days per week.
What we're looking for
- Previous senior reception in a medical/allied health reception experience is essential ( ideally minimum of 5 years)
- Experience using Cliniko practice management software is essential (or similar)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills and has customer interaction experience (minimum 10 years)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence managing appointments, patient enquiries and daily clinic operations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently.
- A positive, professional and caring approach to patients and colleagues.
- Someone who takes initiative enjoys responsibility and helps keep the clinic running smoothly.
- Someone who is open to complimentary medicine and all the benefits is can provide.
About the role
You will play an important role in the day-to-day running of our clinic, supporting our practitioners, caring for our patients and ensuring the clinic operates efficiently and professionally.
