Assistant Store Manager (Store Support)
We’re looking for driven individuals who can support store operations while inspiring their teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Proven retail or leadership experience (preferably in grocery or supermarket environments)
- Strong customer service skills with a hands-on approach
- Ability to support daily store operations, including stock control, merchandising, and team coordination
- Confident in handling store procedures, cash handling, and basic reporting
- Reliable, organised, and able to support the team on the shop floor
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including weekends and early starts where required
