What We’re Looking For:
- Have a strong commitment to safety
- Be responsible, reliable, and team-oriented
- Be able to work effectively in small teams and remote environments
- Understand productivity expectations on civil projects
- Show initiative and problem-solving capabilities on site
- Valid Driver Licence
- Construction White Card (Construction Induction Safety Certificate)
- Basic computer literacy (or willingness to learn) – we operate a paperless system for timesheets and job reporting
- Relevant industry Certificates of Competency
