Rockpool Residential Aged Care is seeking a Concierge at Rockpool Northshore Hamilton to create a warm, first-class experience for prospective residents and families. You will support enquiries, tours and the admission journey, working closely with the Head of Resident Experience to ensure a smooth transition into life at Rockpool.
You will help manage the resident sales pipeline, coordinate information and documentation through pre-admission and admission, and participate in the Welcome.
