POSITION
A QLD Account Manager position is now available to drive growth across the state.
- Drive B2B sales across commercial, Tier 1 & Tier 2 builders and developers.
- Lead and manage the QLD sales team to hit targets and deliver results.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and grow market share.
- Meet and exceed KPIs including sales budgets and conversion ratios.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across builders, developers.
- Communicate technical product information with confidence and clarity.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Previous experience selling window furnishings, soft furnishings or similar building products.
- Existing relationships with architects, builders & developers.
- Strong technical knowledge of building materials, methods and processes.
- Proven ability to build relationships and close deals at a senior level.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
