Security Operations Manager to oversee their Mobile Patrols division.
About the Role
This is a hands-on management position responsible for the performance and delivery of
Mobile Patrol operations across Melbourne .
You will oversee patrol officers, rostering, fleet and service delivery while managing key client relationships and driving operational efficiency.
- $110k - $130k + Super (negotiable on experience)

Duties
- Lead patrol officers, rostering and deployment
- Oversee fleet, alarm response and service delivery
- Manage client relationships and escalations

Skills & Experience
- Commercial security operations experience
- Experience with
- Track Tik or similar patrol management systems
- Strong rostering and workforce management experience
- Strong client and team management skills
- Commercially minded with a focus on operational performance
