POSITION
Due to incredible growth and internal restructuring, the position of Audit Manager has been created. This role will involve the following:
- Work alongside the Audit Partners to run various engagements.
- Manage client relationships.
- Manage a high performing team.
- Assist the partners to put together tenders and proposals.
- Work with the partners to conduct BD and grow the division.
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
- CA/CPA Qualifications.
- 5-8+ years experience from reputable Australian Public Practice Firms.
- Strong understanding of Australian auditing principles.
- Previous experience leading engagements and exceptional leadership skills.
- Ability to coach, mentor and develop junior auditors.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Full working rights (no sponsorship provided).
