Melbourne Full-Time Remote
R

Roberts Ginnever is a small architectural practice specialising in high-security projects for police and government clients. Established in 2020, we have a strong pipeline of projects across the East Coast and are expanding our team for 2026.

We're looking for a Registered Architect, or an experienced Graduate of Architecture approaching registration, to join our growing team.

The Role:

  • Work on highly technical, compliance-driven projects with multiple authority approvals
  • Involvement in design decisions, buildability, and early risk identification
  • Manage projects from concept to construction documentation
  • Lead consultant coordination and client interface
  • Prepare and deliver drawing packages
  • Ensure quality control and professional conduct
  • Report directly to directors
  • Occasional site activities

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor or Master of Architecture
  • Defence clearance (preferred)
  • Police check (as requested)
  • 3–5+ years' post-graduate experience, ideally with Defence and/or government projects
  • Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Bluebeam
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction, NCC, and Australian Standards
  • Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary ($80,000–$120,000 + super, based on experience)
  • Flexible, work-from-anywhere arrangement
  • Small, high-performing team, no layers
  • Career growth and leadership opportunities
  • Influence on systems, standards, and how the practice grows
  • Work on projects of national importance

Flexible Working

This is a remote role, but we still like to keep our team connected. As a member of The Commons, we have hybrid offices where we meet fortnightly.

Many of our projects are interstate, and so occasional travel should be expected.
