Experienced Concrete & Civil Crew Leader
We’re looking for an experienced Concrete & Civil Crew Leader to join our growing team.
This is not a labouring or basic concreting position .
We want an experienced operator who can lead a crew, read plans, organise the job and deliver quality work without needing to be hand‑held.
Our work includes commercial civil construction, concrete structures, hardscapes, formwork and reinstatement .
What we’re looking for
• You’ll ideally have
- 5+ years’ experience in concreting/civil construction
- Previous experience as a leading hand or crew leader
- Strong formwork and concrete construction skills
- Experience with civil hardscapes and structures
- Ability to read plans and work from set‑out
- Good understanding of levels and set‑out
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lead by example and get the best out of a small crew
- White Card and driver’s licence
- Machine tickets and truck licence are highly regarded.
