RKG is a well established plumbing business delivering high-quality workmanship across a range of new construction projects. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking qualified plumbers to join our professional and supportive team. About the Role
You will be working across a variety of new construction plumbing projects (multi-residential and/or commercial), completing work independently while collaborating with a skilled team. This role offers consistent hours, variety of work, and genuine opportunities for career progression and leadership development. Ability to operate machinery is highly regarded. Experience on Class 2 Building sites and experience leading teams is highly regarded. Plumbers who are highly skilled excavator operators are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience operating machinery on live construction sites - particularly for trenching, service installation, and detailed excavation around existing services - will be highly regarded, with opportunities to utilise these skills regularly on our projects.

What We're Looking For
- Certificate III in Plumbing
- Highly skilled Excavator Operator, with ability to dig at grade, set up laser & calculate grades
- Minimum 2 years post-trade experience
- Experience in new construction plumbing (multi-residential or commercial preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret plans at an intermediate level, including Long sections
- Strong workmanship with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve confidently
- Driver's licence and reliable transport
- Complete tool kit or willingness to obtain
- Comfortable using technology (uploading photos and job notes to online systems)
- Professional presentation and ability to maintain positive client relationships
- Commitment to maintaining vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Ability to complete Deck Set Outs or in ground setouts
