RKG Plumbing is looking for a motivated, reliable and hardworking
1st Year Plumbing Apprentice to join our growing team based in Wollongong, NSW.
We specialise in
Class 2 high-rise developments, residential multi-construction projects and civil plumbing , offering a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a range of large-scale construction projects and develop the skills needed to become a qualified plumber.

About the Role
Working alongside experienced plumbers, you'll gain practical experience across a variety of construction projects throughout Wollongong and the Illawarra region.
Your duties will include
- Assisting qualified plumbers on Class 2 high-rise construction projects.
- Working on residential multi-construction developments.
- Gaining experience in civil plumbing works.
- Assisting with the installation of drainage, water and plumbing systems.
- Learning to use plumbing tools, equipment and materials.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised worksite.
- Following workplace health and safety requirements.
- Attending TAFE and completing your apprenticeship training.
About You
We're looking for someone who
- Has a genuine interest in plumbing and construction.
- Is reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Can follow instructions and work well within a team.
- Takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail.
- Is physically fit and comfortable working on construction sites.
- Holds a current driver's licence and has reliable transport, or is working towards obtaining them.
No previous plumbing experience is required.
