Administration and Customer Service roles - entry level full and part time
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for entry-level Administration and Customer Service roles within the insurance industry in Milton, Queensland. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, providing essential support to our clients and ensuring a high standard of service. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our office and call centre to help foster positive relationships with our customers.
Along with full time, we have roles suitable for those studying and those requiring permanent part time hours. We will conduct a group information and interview session providing details on the multiple roles available.
Hourly rate dependent upon experience. All other entitlements and leave as per Fair Work.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, via phone and email to provide information about insurance products and services.
- Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining customer records.
- Support the team in processing insurance claims and documentation.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or administration is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
