Join the team at Riverina Oils' as a full-time Production Operator in Wagga Wagga, NSW. This hands‑on role will see you playing a crucial part in the day‑to‑day operations of our manufacturing facility, contributing to the production of high-quality oils and related products.
What you'll be doing
- Operate and monitor various production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and product quality
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work areas to maintain safe and efficient operations
- Monitor and adjust production processes to meet targets and quality standards
- Assist with the setup and changeover of equipment as required
- Follow all safety protocols and report any incidents or issues
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Production Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
- This position requires flexibility to work a rotating roster, including day, evening, overnight, weekend, and public holiday shifts, as apart of a 24/7 operational schedule.
- Willingness to undergo a pre‑employment police check and medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing
