River Sands Pty Ltd is a vertically integrated manufacturer of packaged mortars, cements and speciality sands. Established for 50 years, its manufacturing operations includes a Sand Quarry and blending facility; a large "Dry Mix" concrete, mortars, cement and sands packing facility. We are seeking passionate, energetic individual who is committed to providing effective professional service. This role is responsible for providing electrical maintenance across the plant where required.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a range of electrical installation, maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the efficient and safe operation of electrical systems
Perform electrical safety checks;
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, and provide timely and effective solutions;
Comply with all relevant safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment;
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed;
Collaborate with team members to coordinate and prioritise tasks
Key Skills & Experience
Minimum 2-3 years' experience as an Electrician
Experience using MEX and Pronto would be highly regarded, but training will be provided
Strong knowledge ofpreventive and predictive maintenance practices
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures
Ability to communicate effectively with trades, suppliers, and internal teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
