Established for 50 years, its manufacturing operations include a Sand Quarry and blending facility; a large "Dry Mix" concrete, mortars, cement and sands packing facility. This role is responsible for providing electrical maintenance across the plant where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a range of electrical installation, maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the efficient and safe operation of electrical systems.
- Perform electrical safety checks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Comply with all relevant safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate and prioritise tasks.
Key Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience as an Electrician.
- Experience using MEX and Pronto would be highly regarded, but training will be provided.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with trades, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
