About You / Selection Criteria
We're seeking a confident, approachable leader who can leadand inspire their team, foster strong community relationships, and maintainhigh-quality standards. You will:
- Have2+ years' Director experience
- Holda Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching Degree (ACECQA Approved)
- Holdcurrent WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, Child Protection andChild Safety (gekkko) training
- Bepassionate about play-based learning, secure attachments with children& environment as the 3rd teacher
- Excelin mentoring educators and creating positive workplace culture throughhands on guiding and role-modelling best practice
- Experiencewith compliance with the children's services regulations and law, and theassessment and rating process
