Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Team with the administration of Retail Projects
- Handle document submission and correspondences among clients, designers, and sub-contractors
- Monitor on-site safety, quality of work progress, and workmanship
- Liaise with clients, designers, and sub-contractors
- Manage materials logistics and arrange the delivery of materials to site
- Attend regular site meetings and organise work as instructed by the project manager
- Coordinate with sub-contractors based on confirmed design information
- Night work may be required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in fitting out, interior design, architecture, or related field
- Diploma or above in relevant disciplines
- Site coordination experience is a plus
- Able to take meeting minutes in English
- Good command of English; proficiency in Cantonese or Putonghua is an advantage
- Highly proficient in managing documentation and all forms of correspondence
- Familiar with computing software (MS Office)
- Immediate availability is preferred
