You’ll manage a mix of residential, mixed-use and commercial schemes, building your experience across different property types while enjoying flexibility in your working week.
- Up to $95,000 base + around $50,000 in additionals
- Approximately 45 buildings / 1,200 lots
- Flexible/hybrid working arrangements

Broaden your experience within a growing boutique
For someone who enjoys a smaller business environment, this boutique firm offers the chance to take ownership of a portfolio while becoming involved in the business’s next stage of growth.
There’s scope to branch into business development and other areas, making this an appealing move if you’d like more variety and the opportunity to contribute beyond your day‑to‑day portfolio.
- Up to $110,000 base + additionals
- Approximately 60–80 buildings / up to 1,000 lots
- A mix of residential and commercial schemes
- Opportunities to develop your skills in business development and wider business operations
This will suit a manager who enjoys contributing ideas, building relationships and taking on broader responsibilities as their career develops.
The role
You’ll manage the day-to-day needs of your portfolio, building strong relationships with committees and owners. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing for and conducting AGMs and committee meetings
- Overseeing budgets and financial reporting
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractors
- Advising committees on Queensland body corporate requirements
- Managing enquiries and following through on committee decisions
About you
You’ll bring experience managing a strata / body corporate portfolio, sound knowledge of Queensland legislation and confidence working with committees, owners and contractors.
You’re organised, communicate clearly and are ready for a move that gives you something to work towards.
