You will coach mine operations teams, driving safety, skill development and continuous improvement across the load, haul and dump cycle.
Reporting to the Capability Superintendent, you will apply data-driven coaching, liaise with OEMs, and lead recognition programs to boost productivity while maintaining safety standards.
FIFO roster applies from Perth, 8 days on/6 days off.
