Due to an internal promotion, we are thrilled to be offering an exciting opportunity at our head office in Braeside, as we search for an aspiring leader to join the Central Order Management (COMS) team as a full-time Senior Order Management Representative.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist and provide support to the COMS team & Central Order Management Team Leader - CX
- Liaise with Customers, Distribution, Logistics, Accounts, Sales and Service departments to ensure timely and efficient provisions of products and services.
- Assist with customer queries, escalations and concerns
- Process of sales orders via EDI and Email
