Right Hook Digital is seeking a Head of Retention to own our Retention service line end to end—the P&L, product, people, and client relationships that anchor growth. This leadership role builds the team that builds best-in-class lifecycle campaigns, not just individual flows.
You will lead Group Leaders, Retention Strategists, and Specialists, owning the number: gross profit growth. You'll drive lifecycle strategy, testing, and measurement to stay ahead of competitors.
