Right at Home is seeking a Personal Care Worker (Cert 3 and Own Car Required) to provide holistic, client‐focused in‐home care. You will follow written care plans, support activities of daily living, maintain documentation in the CRM systems, and work with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure safety and quality of care.
You must hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or Home and Community Care and maintain CPR/First Aid certificates.
